Vangie is a Registered Nurse, SANE-A, SANE-P, and CEN. She is the program manager for the Forensic Healthcare Program for Fort Campbell, KY. She has been a practicing SANE for 30 years and has provided exams for victims of sexual assault, interpersonal violence, and physical abuse for her entire career as a SANE. She has been instructing nurses, PA's, and physicians for many years on the aspects of sexual assault examinations and IPV. She has her bachelor's degree in Nursing and her Masters in Forensics (Criminal Justice).
