Management Systems Specialist II

James "Caleb" Howard has been the Management Systems Specialist for the University of South Alabama's (USA) College of Nursing since 2016, supporting faculty, staff, and students with all technology needs. Mr. Howard earned a Bachelor's Degree from the USA in Information Technology with a focus in Network Administration and Digital Forensics in 2014, and a Master's Degree from USA in Information Systems in 2020. He is the project manager for technological upgrades at the College of Nursing, and provides technological support for five, multimillion dollar grant-funded research programs . Mr. Howard has experience in telehealth solutions, ECHO presentations, remote nursing education, and exam proctoring software. He is the IT specialist for USA CON SOUTH SANES ECHO. Mr. Howard is the 2020 recipient of the USA College of Nursing Staff Award.
