Regions Hospital
I am a tenured professor in the School of Nursing, with an adjunct faculty appointment in the School of Public Health, with national recognition as a prevention science researcher addressing the emotional health of young adults and adolescents in the United States and globally. I have experience leading multi-disciplinary collaborative intervention research initiatives that include researchers in academic and in community-based settings, as well as colleagues from practice and advocacy settings. I am a sexual assault nurse clinician practicing in a 4-hospital serving program. I have disseminated my work prolifically in 100+ peer reviewed publications, 120+ invited and competitive international, national, and regional conference presentations, and countless community-based dialogues, policy-briefs, and factsheets.
