Cynthia Sherraden Bradley earned a BSN from the University of Kansas, an MSN from the University of Central Missouri, and a PhD from Indiana University. Dr. Bradley is an Assistant Professor at the University of Minnesota School of Nursing, where she serves as the Director of Simulation. She has a history of intra and extramural funding for research in nursing education, debriefing, instrument development, and simulation. She has served as a consultant for simulation programs and is a regular presenter at national and international nursing conferences. Her program of research is centered on investigating the use of simulation, debriefing, and emerging technologies to improve the preparedness of the nursing workforce.
