Medical Director, Sexual Assault Forensic Examiner Program

Dr. Hobbs is currently serving as the Medical Director of Prisma Health--Upstate Sexual Assault Forensic Examiner program as well as Medical Director of Greenville Memorial Medical Center Department of Emergency Medicine. The emergency department sees a volume of over 100,000 patients annually, is a level one trauma center with centers of excellence designation in stroke and cardiac care. Dr. Hobbs has been the Medical Director of the Prisma Health--Upstate SAFE program for the last two years and has had an ongoing role in the development of the SAFE program over the last five years. She has maintained ongoing forensic training for physicians and has been passionate about sexual health, forensic evidence collection and system processes throughout her career.
